By accessing this Website, booking a service, purchasing a product, or otherwise engaging with my Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or purchase any Services.

Eligibility

By using this Website or purchasing Services, you confirm that:
 

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  • You will not use this Website or Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Bookings and Payments

Booking Confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed only after you receive written confirmation via email.
 

Payment

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers, including:

  • Razorpay

  • Stripe

  • Wix Payments

  • Bank transfer (where agreed)
     

I never store your complete debit or credit card information.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Selected services may also be available in USD or other currencies.

International clients are responsible for any currency conversion charges or bank fees imposed by their financial institution.
 

Taxes

Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), may be added where required by Indian law.

International clients remain responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations applicable within their own jurisdiction.

Service Delivery

Services are generally delivered online through Zoom or Google Meet unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to scheduling requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
 

You are responsible for:

  • attending scheduled sessions on time;

  • maintaining a reliable internet connection;

  • providing requested information before sessions; and

  • actively participating in the coaching or consulting process.
     

The quality of results depends significantly on your implementation, commitment, and circumstances beyond my control.

Accordingly, no guarantee is made regarding career outcomes, interviews, employment, business growth, or other specific results.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content available on this Website—including text, graphics, branding, logos, videos, podcasts, frameworks, templates, worksheets, presentations, downloads, and educational materials is owned by or licensed to Sarthak Goyal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
 

You may not:

  • reproduce or copy materials;

  • distribute or sell materials;

  • modify or create derivative works;

  • upload materials elsewhere without written permission.
     

You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials solely for your personal or internal business use.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any résumé, LinkedIn profile, portfolio, documents, or other materials you submit.

By providing these materials, you grant me a limited licence to review, analyse, edit, and use them solely for delivering the requested service.

Testimonials

If you voluntarily provide feedback or testimonials, I may request permission to publish them.

Testimonials will only be published with your explicit consent.

Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching or consulting sessions will be treated as confidential unless:
 

  • disclosure is required by law;

  • disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights;

  • you provide written permission.
     

Likewise, proprietary coaching frameworks, templates, methodologies, and materials shared with you should remain confidential and may not be redistributed.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By purchasing a Service, you agree to that policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
 

  • My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Service.

  • I shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

  • I am not responsible for loss of profits, employment opportunities, business opportunities, or reputational harm arising from the use of my Services.

  • I am not liable for outages, failures, or interruptions caused by third-party providers including Wix, Zoom, Google Meet, Razorpay, Stripe, internet providers, or hosting services.
     

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

No Professional Advice

The information provided through my Website, coaching, workshops, consulting, newsletters, podcasts, videos, and other content is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
 

Nothing constitutes:

  • legal advice;

  • financial advice;

  • accounting advice;

  • tax advice;

  • investment advice;

  • medical or mental health advice.
     

You should seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions in these areas.

This Website may include links to third-party websites, software, payment providers, or platforms.

Suspension or Termination

I reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Services where a client:
 

  • provides false or misleading information;

  • behaves abusively or disrespectfully;

  • infringes intellectual property rights;

  • violates these Terms;

  • attempts fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks without first contacting me.
     

Where appropriate, unused portions of Services may be refunded at my discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Force Majeure

I shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet failures, labour disputes, power outages, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sarthak Goyal regarding the use of this Website and Services.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

The latest version will always be available on this page.

Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
